Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information HMind (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the HMind apps and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and basic authentication details.
• Content you create. If you sign in and enable sync, the mind maps you create — including their text, structure, and any images or attachments you add — are stored so they can sync across your devices.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by the store shown inside HMind. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Diagnostics. We may collect limited technical and usage data to keep the service reliable.

How we use information

• To provide, sync and secure your account and your maps.
• To process subscriptions and manage entitlements (Free and Pro).
• To operate, maintain and improve the apps and website.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important service notices.

Shared links and public content

HMind lets you share a mind map as a read-only link. When you create a share link, the contents of that map become viewable by anyone who has the link. You control sharing: you can add a password (Pro) and revoke a link at any time, after which it stops working. Please do not share links that contain information you would not want others to see.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run HMind:

• Clerk — account authentication in the HMind apps.
• Supabase — database and file storage for signed-in product features.
• RevenueCat, Apple & Google — purchase processing, subscription status and entitlement management.
• Vercel — website hosting. Optional website analytics are not currently loaded.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app or by contacting us; when you do, we delete your synced content and personal data, subject to limited records we must retain for legal, security or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Children

HMind is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
