These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HMind apps and website. By using HMind, you agree to these Terms.

The service

HMind is a mind mapping application for macOS, iPhone, iPad and Android, with a companion website for downloads and viewing shared maps. We may update, improve or change features over time.

Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and payments

• HMind offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
• Pro is billed on a monthly or yearly basis through the store shown inside HMind when you purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the same store that processed your purchase; the store shows when cancellation takes effect.
• Prices are shown before you buy. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds, where offered, follow the policy of the store that processed your purchase.

Your content and sharing

You keep ownership of the mind maps and content you create. When you share a map via a link, you grant anyone with that link permission to view it until you revoke the link. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and for having the rights to any material you include.

Acceptable use

Do not use HMind to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

The HMind apps, website, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

HMind is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HMind after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
